Elaine has more than 40 years of experience serving, ministering, and teaching individuals, churches, and businesses.

Through deep spiritual insight and a gracious, encouraging spirit, she inspires others to embrace Christ’s grace and mercy as they pursue spiritual, personal and professional growth.’

An ordained minister, published writer, experienced teacher, and speaker, she uses her God-given gifts to encourage and equip others and to build productive communication skills and problem-solving processes.

Elaine is a retired Healthcare Administrator with a master’s in management and communication.

ANGELA L. BURGESS

 Angie and her late husband Perry began Walk On Water Outreach Ministries in 1998. They ministered in Jails, Prisons, and Drug Rehabilitation Centers. They also  served as Pastors and operated a homeless shelter in Athens, Ga  until Perry went home to be with the Lord in 2016. 

Angie holds a bachelor’s degree in theology and is a published author currently writing her second book. She ministers at Women’s Conferences, revival services, and ladies’ rehabilitation centers, sharing a message of hope, healing, and transformation through Jesus Christ. 

Angie’s passion is to see the Body of Christ enter into a deeper, more intimate relationship with King Jesus and experience the healing that comes through knowing Him. Through teaching, ministry, and counseling, she desires to help women encounter the love, presence, and restoring power of Jesus.

Her heart is to see lives transformed, hearts healed, and believers walk in greater intimacy with King Jesus.
